What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Draft procedural documents and concept papers
- Attend court hearings and client meetings and take part in practice group meetings
- Optionally contribute to international Pro Bono projects
- Juridisch onderzoek verrichten en memo's opstellen
- Procedurestukken en concepten opstellen
- Zittingen en cliëntgesprekken bijwonen en deelnemen aan praktijkgroepvergaderingen
- Eventueel meewerken aan internationale Pro Bono projecten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 120 ECTS credits completed in Dutch Law, Notarial Law, Tax Law or Tax Economics
- Enthusiasm for international commercial law practice
- A motivation letter, CV, transcript and, if applicable, prior internship evaluations
- Clarity on your availability period and preferred practice group
- Ten minste 120 ECTS behaald in Nederlands recht, notarieel recht, fiscaal recht of fiscale economie
- Enthousiasme voor de internationale commerciële rechtspraktijk
- Een motivatiebrief, cv, cijferlijst en eventuele stage-evaluaties
- Duidelijkheid over je beschikbare periode en voorkeurspraktijkgroep
