DLA Piper is looking for a working student in Amsterdam to join a team of lawyers, notaries or tax advisors part-time over an extended period, building on prior internship experience in commercial law, notarial practice or tax advisory.DLA Piper zoekt een werkstudent in Amsterdam die parttime en voor langere tijd meedraait in een team van advocaten, notarissen of belastingadviseurs, voortbouwend op eerdere stage-ervaring in de commerciële praktijk, het notariaat of fiscaal advies.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Draft procedural documents and concept papers
- Attend court sessions and client meetings and take part in practice group meetings
- Contribute to international, cross-border matters and Pro Bono projects
- Juridisch onderzoek verrichten en memo's opstellen
- Procedurestukken en concepten opstellen
- Zittingen en cliëntgesprekken bijwonen en deelnemen aan praktijkgroepvergaderingen
- Meewerken aan internationale, grensoverschrijdende dossiers en Pro Bono projecten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Studies at or near the Master's phase in Dutch Law, Notarial Law, Tax Law or Tax Economics
- Prior internship experience in commercial law, notarial practice or tax advisory
- Availability for at least 4 months, at least 2 days per week
- Comfort working in an international, cross-border team
- Een studie in of bijna in de masterfase, Nederlands recht, notarieel recht, fiscaal recht of fiscale economie
- Eerdere stage-ervaring in de commerciële praktijk, het notariaat of fiscaal advies
- Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 4 maanden, minimaal 2 dagen per week
- Affiniteit met werken in een internationaal, grensoverschrijdend team
