What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise and represent a range of clients on commercial contract matters
- Handle real estate transactions and construction law disputes
- Work through complex contractual questions in obligations law
- Mentor junior lawyers within the team
- Uiteenlopende cliënten adviseren en bijstaan bij commerciële contracten
- Vastgoedtransacties en bouwrechtelijke geschillen behandelen
- Complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van het verbintenissenrecht doorgronden
- Junior advocaten begeleiden binnen het team
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 4 years of work experience as a lawyer in obligations law and/or real estate
- Preferably some affinity with real estate
- Strong analytical ability to distinguish essential from peripheral issues
- Excellent command of English
- Ten minste 4 jaar werkervaring als advocaat in het verbintenissenrecht en/of vastgoedrecht
- Bij voorkeur affiniteit met vastgoed
- Sterk analytisch vermogen om hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
