Advocaat-Medewerker Corporate Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

DVDW is recruiting a lawyer for its Corporate Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution team in Den Haag, handling corporate disputes before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer), in arbitration and in urgent proceedings.

What you will do

• Advise clients strategically on corporate disputes
• Litigate before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer), in arbitration, urgent proceedings and appeals
• Lead negotiations in corporate litigation matters
• Contribute to the team beyond casework, through publications, seminars and new initiatives

• Cliënten strategisch adviseren over ondernemingsrechtelijke geschillen
• Procederen bij de Ondernemingskamer, in arbitrage, kort geding en hoger beroep
• Onderhandelingen voeren in ondernemingsrechtelijke procedures
• Bijdragen aan het team naast het dossierwerk, via publicaties, seminars en nieuwe initiatieven

What we are looking for

• 4 to 8 years of work experience, primarily in corporate litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to mentor colleagues
• Independent, detail-oriented and team-oriented approach

• 4 tot 8 jaar werkervaring, voornamelijk in ondernemingsrechtelijke procesvoering en geschillenbeslechting
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
• Bereidheid om collega's te begeleiden
• Zelfstandige, oplettende en teamgerichte werkwijze
