Advocaat-Medewerker M&A

DVDW is recruiting a lawyer for its Corporate/M&A team in Rotterdam, part of a roughly 85-lawyer firm spread across The Hague and Rotterdam, handling M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

What you will do

• Manage M&A transactions both independently and as part of a team
• Advise on corporate governance matters
• Collaborate frequently with colleagues from other specialisms
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for clients on complex deals

• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband M&A transacties begeleiden
• Adviseren over vraagstukken op het gebied van corporate governance
• Regelmatig samenwerken met collega's uit andere specialismen
• Optreden als strategische sparringpartner van de cliënt bij complexe deals

What we are looking for

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer or counsel in Corporate/M&A
• Strong analytical ability to understand complex issues
• Commercial acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to clients
• Excellent command of English

• 4 tot 8 jaar ervaring als advocaat of counsel in Corporate/M&A
• Sterk analytisch vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden
• Commercieel gevoel en het vermogen om als strategische partner van de cliënt op te treden
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
