As a Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will take ownership of smaller engagements or major workstreams within larger programmes. You will lead teams, structure complex problems and work closely with clients to move from insight to action. You will be responsible for the quality and pace of delivery, while helping colleagues and clients build the capabilities needed for lasting impact. Lead smaller projects or major workstreams from start to finish.
