What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on complex, high-profile national and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters
- Support enterprises in financial difficulty, banks and investors on strategic insolvency and financing questions
- Assist on files that combine transactional work with litigation aspects, including WHOA procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Finance and Litigation practices and with Freshfields' international network
- Meewerken aan complexe en spraakmakende nationale en grensoverschrijdende herstructureringen en insolventies
- Ondernemingen in financiele moeilijkheden, banken en investeerders ondersteunen bij strategische insolventie- en financieringsvraagstukken
- Meewerken aan dossiers waarin transactiewerk en procesrecht samenkomen, waaronder WHOA-procedures
- Samenwerken met collega's van de praktijkgroepen Finance en Litigation en met het internationale netwerk van Freshfields
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed master's degree in law with a civil law focus
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Strong analytical ability and a team-oriented working style
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
