What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work full-time for two months on varied employment law files, often international and transactional
- Draft concept advice and procedural documents
- Carry out case law and literature research and think along on strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with other practice groups such as Corporate M&A, Litigation and Tax
- Twee maanden fulltime werken aan uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers, vaak internationaal en transactioneel
- Conceptadviezen en processtukken opstellen
- Jurisprudentie- en literatuuronderzoek doen en meedenken over strategie en positionering
- Samenwerken met andere praktijkgroepen zoals Corporate M&A, Litigation en Tax
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A Dutch law degree in progress, preferably with a clear interest in employment law
- Fluent Dutch and excellent English, spoken and written
- Excellent analytical legal ability with accuracy and an eye for detail
- A team player with an international mindset and the flexibility to switch between advice and litigation
- Een studie Nederlands Recht, bij voorkeur met een duidelijke interesse in arbeidsrecht
- Vloeiend Nederlands en uitstekend Engels, in woord en geschrift
- Uitstekend analytisch juridisch vermogen met accuratesse en oog voor detail
- Een teamspeler met een internationale mindset en de flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen advies en procedures
