In this two-month student internship with Linklaters' Employment group, you see how the firm practises employment law within an international transactional and advisory setting.
What you will do
- Work full-time for two months on varied employment law files, often international and transactional
- Draft concept advice and procedural documents
- Carry out case law and literature research and think along on strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with other practice groups such as Corporate M&A, Litigation and Tax
What we are looking for
- A Dutch law degree in progress, preferably with a clear interest in employment law
- Fluent Dutch and excellent English, spoken and written
- Excellent analytical legal ability with accuracy and an eye for detail
- A team player with an international mindset and the flexibility to switch between advice and litigation
