Linklaters is looking for junior candidate civil-law notaries to join its corporate practice group and work on challenging, often international corporate law matters for leading clients.
What you will do
- Work as a junior candidate notary within the corporate practice group
- Handle interesting, often international matters for clients such as listed companies, private equity funds, banks and corporates
- Build up specialist knowledge of corporate law and provide high-quality legal and commercial advice
- Collaborate closely with other practice groups and international Linklaters offices
What we are looking for
- A (nearly) completed master's in notarial law
- Strong analytical ability and an innovative, commercial mindset
- Social skills, a team-player attitude and an international mindset
- Perseverance, resilience under pressure and excellent Dutch and English
