What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on and litigate labour law matters in the broadest sense
- Work on international projects involving works councils, compensation issues and disciplinary matters
- Support cross-border corporate immigration, ESG, compliance and workplace privacy questions
- Collaborate with the Corporate & Finance team on labour aspects of M&A, outsourcing and reorganisations
- Adviseren over en procederen in arbeidsrechtelijke zaken in de breedste zin van het woord
- Meewerken aan internationale projecten op het gebied van medezeggenschap, beloning en disciplinaire kwesties
- Ondersteunen bij grensoverschrijdende vraagstukken rond corporate immigration, ESG, compliance en privacy op de werkvloer
- Samenwerken met het Corporate & Finance team bij arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten van M&A, outsourcing en reorganisaties
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed master's degree (WO level)
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong analytical ability and quick comprehension of complex issues
- A collaborative, proactive and client-focused working style
