What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Draft deeds and supporting documentation for corporate and real estate transactions
- Research various legal questions arising in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
- Write legal opinions in support of transactions
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and tax specialists on integrated deals
- Conceptakten en ondersteunende stukken opstellen bij ondernemingsrechtelijke en vastgoedtransacties
- Uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken onderzoeken bij fusies, overnames en herstructureringen
- Legal opinions schrijven ter ondersteuning van transacties
- Nauw samenwerken met advocaten en fiscalisten bij geintegreerde dealbegeleiding

- Final-phase studies in notarial law at university (WO) level
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
- An enthusiastic, initiative-taking attitude
- Availability of roughly two days a week for three months
- Rechtenstudie notarieel recht in de afrondende fase, op WO-niveau
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
