Law Internship Amsterdam

This working student role in Hogan Lovells' notarial team runs three months at roughly two days a week, drafting deeds and supporting documentation for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and property transactions.

What you will do

  • Draft deeds and supporting documentation for corporate and real estate transactions
  • Research various legal questions arising in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
  • Write legal opinions in support of transactions
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and tax specialists on integrated deals

What we are looking for

  • Final-phase studies in notarial law at university (WO) level
  • Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • An enthusiastic, initiative-taking attitude
  • Availability of roughly two days a week for three months
