Advocaat-medewerker Gezondheidsrecht

This role in Holla's Healthcare Sector Team advises healthcare providers on patient rights, quality of care and involuntary care legislation, working across labour law, corporate law and privacy colleagues.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare providers on patient rights, representation and quality of care
• Handle matters involving professional confidentiality, complaints and involuntary care legislation
• Support clients with audits, fraud investigations, contracting and financing issues
• Collaborate across the Healthcare Sector Team with labour law, corporate law and privacy colleagues

• Zorgaanbieders adviseren over patientenrechten, vertegenwoordiging en kwaliteit van zorg
• Zaken behandelen rond beroepsgeheim, klachten en wetgeving over gedwongen zorg
• Clienten ondersteunen bij audits, fraudeonderzoeken, contractering en financieringsvraagstukken
• Samenwerken binnen het Sectorteam Zorg met collega's uit arbeidsrecht, ondernemingsrecht en privacyrecht

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in health law
• Excellent Dutch language proficiency, written and spoken
• Preferably good command of English
• Social competence, initiative and commercial awareness

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het gezondheidsrecht
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, schriftelijk en mondeling
• Bij voorkeur goede beheersing van het Engels
• Sociale vaardigheid, initiatief en commercieel inzicht
