What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on and litigate civil real estate matters involving project development and contractor agreements
- Work on liability and contract formation issues in construction projects
- Handle delivery disputes (opleveringsgeschillen) and property transactions
- Work closely with experienced attorneys, taking on responsibility from an early stage
- Adviseren over en procederen in civielrechtelijke vastgoedzaken rondom projectontwikkeling en aannemingsovereenkomsten
- Werken aan aansprakelijkheids- en contractvormingskwesties bij bouwprojecten
- Opleveringsgeschillen en vastgoedtransacties behandelen
- Nauw samenwerken met ervaren advocaten en al vroeg verantwoordelijkheid krijgen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed master's degree in Dutch law
- Demonstrable interest in construction law and real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
