What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Handle shareholder disputes, including buyouts and corporate governance conflicts
- Work on international trade conflicts and acquisition-related disagreements
- Independently manage inquiry procedures, binding advice proceedings and arbitration cases
- Advise clients in technology, industry, retail and logistics sectors
- Aandeelhoudersgeschillen behandelen, inclusief uitkoopprocedures en governanceconflicten
- Werken aan internationale handelsconflicten en overnamegerelateerde geschillen
- Zelfstandig enqueteprocedures, bindend-adviesprocedures en arbitragezaken behandelen
- Clienten adviseren in technologie, industrie, retail en logistiek
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 3 to 8 years of experience in civil litigation practice
- A demonstrated background with inquiry, binding advice and arbitration proceedings
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, spoken and written
- A strong personality, assertiveness and a results-focused approach
- 3 tot 8 jaar ervaring in de civiele procespraktijk
- Aantoonbare achtergrond met enquete-, bindend-advies- en arbitrageprocedures
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
