What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on due diligence, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures
- Work on private equity, venture capital investments and management participations
- Handle corporate restructuring matters for clients ranging from large corporates to business owners
- Coordinate with EY Tax specialists and other HVG Law professionals on cross-border transactions
- Adviseren over due diligence, overnames, fusies en joint ventures
- Werken aan private equity, venture capital-investeringen en managementparticipaties
- Herstructureringsdossiers behandelen voor clienten van grote corporates tot ondernemers
- Afstemmen met EY Tax-specialisten en andere HVG Law-professionals bij grensoverschrijdende transacties
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in transaction law, specifically international M&A
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Strong drafting abilities and sharp legal-analytical capability
- A practical, results-oriented and client-focused approach
- 6 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in het transactierecht, met name internationale M&A
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
- Sterke redactionele vaardigheden en scherp juridisch-analytisch vermogen
