This traineeship at HVG Law's Eindhoven office, in the heart of the Brainport region, focuses on Corporate M&A work including acquisition processes, due diligence and regulatory, governance and oversight matters.

What you will do

• Advise clients on acquisition processes, due diligence investigations, joint ventures and mergers
• Handle restructuring matters as well as regulatory, governance and oversight questions
• Manage transaction documentation during deals
• Work within HVG Law's national Corporate M&A practice, connected to the EY Law alliance

• Clienten adviseren bij overnametrajecten, due diligence-onderzoeken, joint ventures en fusies
• Herstructureringszaken behandelen, evenals regulatoire kwesties, governance en toezicht
• Transactiedocumentatie beheren tijdens deals
• Werken binnen de landelijke Corporate M&A praktijk van HVG Law, verbonden aan de EY Law alliantie

What we are looking for

• A near-completed master's degree, preferably in corporate law
• Excellent academic record
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
• A strong personality, assertiveness and commercial drive

• Een bijna afgeronde master, bij voorkeur ondernemingsrecht
• Uitstekende studieresultaten
• Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
