Advocaat-medewerker Letselschade

This role in Kennedy Van der Laan's personal injury team, four LSA advocates within a 20-lawyer Insurance & Liability section, handles medical liability, workplace accidents, occupational diseases, traffic and sports accidents.

What you will do

• Handle a broad range of personal injury cases: medical liability, workplace accidents, occupational diseases, traffic and sports accidents
• Work on fraud matters and advocacy quality issues
• Advise on policy and coverage disputes
• Independently manage proceedings while advising clients directly

• Een breed scala aan letselschadezaken behandelen: medische aansprakelijkheid, bedrijfsongevallen, beroepsziektes, verkeers- en sportongevallen
• Werken aan fraudekwesties en kwesties rond de kwaliteit van belangenbehartiging
• Adviseren over polis- en dekkingsgeschillen
• Zelfstandig procedures behandelen en tegelijk direct clienten adviseren

What we are looking for

• 4 to 7 years of legal practice experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in personal injury law
• The ability to independently manage proceedings
• Strong client advisory skills

• 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring in de advocatuur
• Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met letselschaderecht
• Het vermogen om procedures zelfstandig te behandelen
• Sterke vaardigheden in clientadvisering
