What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise municipalities on closures under the Opium Act or local bylaws (APV) and on mayoral powers
- Conduct appeals and higher court proceedings in public order and safety matters
- Share knowledge through weekly jurisprudence meetings and mentor junior colleagues
- Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical guidance for clients
- Gemeenten adviseren over sluitingen op grond van de Opiumwet of de APV en over bevoegdheden van de burgemeester
- Bezwaar- en hoger beroepsprocedures voeren op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid
- Kennis delen via wekelijkse jurisprudentiebijeenkomsten en junior collega's begeleiden
- Rechtsontwikkelingen volgen en vertalen naar praktisch bruikbaar advies voor clienten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 4 years of experience as an administrative law attorney
- Demonstrable expertise in or strong affinity with public order and safety matters
- A master's degree (WO level)
- Advanced analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, and fluent Dutch
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als bestuursrechtadvocaat
- Aantoonbare expertise in of sterke affiniteit met openbare orde en veiligheid
- Een afgeronde master (WO-niveau)
- Sterke analytische, communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands
