What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise local governments on complex administrative law matters, including public order and safety, local bylaws and subsidies
- Handle questions concerning the Open Government Act (Wet open overheid)
- Conduct appeals procedures for municipal clients
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing through weekly jurisprudence discussions
- Lokale overheden adviseren over complexe bestuursrechtelijke kwesties, waaronder openbare orde en veiligheid, de APV en subsidies
- Vraagstukken behandelen rond de Wet open overheid
- Bezwaarprocedures voeren voor gemeentelijke clienten
- Bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team via wekelijkse jurisprudentiebijeenkomsten
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative law attorney
- A master's degree (WO level)
- Fluent Dutch
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative and commitment to quality
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als bestuursrechtadvocaat
- Een afgeronde master (WO-niveau)
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands
- Sterke analytische, communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, met initiatief en oog voor kwaliteit
