What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Independently manage complex employment law files for employers, works councils and pension administrators
- Advise on labor agreements, reorganizations, working conditions and the employment aspects of M&A transactions
- Act as a substantive sparring partner for clients and colleagues across the firm's offices
- Mentor junior advocates and trainees and contribute to knowledge sharing and business development
- Behandel zelfstandig complexe arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers voor werkgevers, ondernemingsraden en pensioenuitvoerders
- Adviseer over arbeidsovereenkomsten, reorganisaties, arbeidsomstandigheden en de arbeidsrechtelijke aspecten van M&A-transacties
- Fungeer als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor cliënten en collega's binnen de verschillende vestigingen
- Begeleid junior advocaten en stagiaires en draag bij aan kennisdeling en business development
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- At least 6 years of experience as an employment law advocate
- Ability to independently handle complex files with a practical, client-focused approach
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A collaborative, no-nonsense working style; bachelor's and master's transcripts are requested with your application
- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als advocaat arbeidsrecht
- In staat om complexe dossiers zelfstandig te behandelen met een praktische, cliëntgerichte aanpak
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
- Een samenwerkingsgerichte, no-nonsense werkstijl; bachelor- en mastercijferlijsten worden bij sollicitatie gevraagd
