On the Class Actions team within Litigation & Risk Management you support lawyers who have worked on collective actions such as the Libor affair, diesel emissions cases and Airbus, while also following ESG developments.Binnen het Class Actions team van Litigation & Risk Management ondersteun je advocaten die onder meer hebben gewerkt aan collectieve acties zoals de Libor affaire, de diesel zaken en Airbus, en volg je daarnaast ontwikkelingen op ESG gebied.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Support lawyers on ongoing class action cases
- Help with collective actions involving international commercial contract disputes, corporate governance and financial litigation
- Research jurisdictional and applicable law questions in cross-border collective proceedings
- Follow ESG developments relevant to the class actions practice
- Advocaten ondersteunen bij lopende class action zaken
- Meewerken aan collectieve acties rond internationale handelscontractgeschillen, corporate governance en financiele geschillen
- Onderzoek doen naar bevoegdheids- en toepasselijk-rechtvragen in grensoverschrijdende collectieve procedures
- Ontwikkelingen op het gebied van ESG volgen die relevant zijn voor de class actions praktijk
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Law student at the end of a bachelor's or beginning of a master's program
- Affinity with collective actions and litigation
- Good communication skills and excellent English
- Available at least 6 months, 2 to 3 days a week
- Rechtenstudent aan het einde van de bachelor of begin van de master
- Affiniteit met collectieve acties en procederen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en uitstekend Engels
- Minimaal 6 maanden beschikbaar, 2 tot 3 dagen per week
