Student Worker Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Within a dispute resolution practice known for its insurance litigation expertise, you support lawyers handling disputes tied to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder conflicts and energy matters.

What you will do

• Support lawyers on disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions and shareholder conflicts
• Assist with insurance related litigation, including product liability and professional liability matters
• Help prepare cases for court proceedings, including emergency relief proceedings
• Carry out legal research alongside the dispute resolution team

• Advocaten ondersteunen bij geschillen die voortkomen uit fusies en overnames en aandeelhoudersconflicten
• Meewerken aan verzekeringsgerelateerde procedures, waaronder productaansprakelijkheid en beroepsaansprakelijkheid
• Helpen bij de voorbereiding van zaken voor de rechtbank, waaronder kort gedingen
• Juridisch onderzoek verrichten samen met het dispute resolution team

What we are looking for

• In the final phase of a bachelor's or master's in Dutch law, notarial law or tax law
• Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Available to work part time alongside your studies

• In de afrondende fase van een bachelor of master Nederlands recht, notarieel recht of fiscaal recht
• Interesse in procederen en geschillenbeslechting
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Beschikbaar om parttime naast de studie te werken
