With at least 4 years of experience in state aid or public procurement law, you advise government clients on the legality of state aid in area development, infrastructure and public private partnerships.

What you will do

• Advise on the legality of state aid in area development, infrastructure and public private partnerships
• Manage state aid notifications and related litigation
• Handle public procurement and market and government legal matters
• Build and maintain relationships with government clients

• Adviseren over de toelaatbaarheid van staatssteun bij gebiedsontwikkeling, infrastructuur en publiek-private samenwerking
• Staatssteunmeldingen en bijbehorende procedures begeleiden
• Aanbestedingsrechtelijke en markt- en overheidsdossiers behandelen
• Relaties met overheidsclienten opbouwen en onderhouden

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer in state aid or public procurement law
• Familiarity with the Market and Government Act
• Exposure to or clear interest in European law
• Clear communicator able to explain complex legal matters to clients

• Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als advocaat in het staatssteun- of aanbestedingsrecht
• Bekendheid met de Wet Markt en Overheid
• Ervaring met of duidelijke interesse in Europees recht
• Heldere communicator die complexe juridische materie kan uitleggen aan clienten
