What you will do
- Advise on the legality of state aid in area development, infrastructure and public private partnerships
- Manage state aid notifications and related litigation
- Handle public procurement and market and government legal matters
- Build and maintain relationships with government clients
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer in state aid or public procurement law
- Familiarity with the Market and Government Act
- Exposure to or clear interest in European law
- Clear communicator able to explain complex legal matters to clients
