What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Draft and develop deeds, letters and legal opinions in real estate matters
- Advise clients on property transactions and real estate financing
- Maintain direct client contact within a varied practice
- Take on increasingly complex and diverse cases as experience grows
- Akten, brieven en juridische adviezen opstellen en ontwikkelen op vastgoedgebied
- Clienten adviseren over vastgoedtransacties en vastgoedfinancieringen
- Direct clientcontact onderhouden binnen een gevarieerde praktijk
- Steeds complexere en gevarieerdere zaken oppakken naarmate de ervaring toeneemt
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a candidate notary with a real estate practice background
- Authorized to represent clients, or close to becoming so
- Strong analytical ability combined with excellent social and communication skills
- Meticulous, pragmatic and results oriented working style
- 3 tot 6 jaar ervaring als kandidaat-notaris met een achtergrond in de vastgoedpraktijk
- Bevoegd om clienten te vertegenwoordigen, of daar bijna aan toe
- Sterk analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
