With 3 to 6 years as a candidate notary in real estate practice, you join a real estate subteam of two candidate notaries, one paralegal and one secretary, led by notary Stan Commissaris.
What you will do
- Draft and develop deeds, letters and legal opinions in real estate matters
- Advise clients on property transactions and real estate financing
- Maintain direct client contact within a varied practice
- Take on increasingly complex and diverse cases as experience grows
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a candidate notary with a real estate practice background
- Authorized to represent clients, or close to becoming so
- Strong analytical ability combined with excellent social and communication skills
- Meticulous, pragmatic and results oriented working style
