What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Handle disputes concerning the execution and termination of large IT contracts
- Advise on technology implementation and compliance with EU regulation, including the AI Act, NIS2 Directive and Data Governance Regulation
- Draft IT contracts and support client negotiations
- Work on matters that combine technology, privacy and intellectual property questions
- Geschillen behandelen over de uitvoering en beeindiging van omvangrijke IT-contracten
- Adviseren over technologie-implementatie en naleving van EU-regelgeving, waaronder de AI Act, de NIS2-richtlijn en de Data Governance Regulation
- IT-contracten opstellen en clienten begeleiden bij onderhandelingen
- Werken aan dossiers waarin technologie, privacy en intellectueel eigendom samenkomen
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Completed or nearly completed master's degree in law
- Demonstrable interest in technology, information or intellectual property law
- Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Afgeronde of bijna afgeronde master rechten
- Aantoonbare interesse in technologie-, informatie- of intellectueel-eigendomsrecht
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en juridisch redeneervermogen
- Uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheden
