Advocaat-stagiair Commerciële Contracten

In an 8 person Commercial Contracts team working closely with partner Marco Balhuizen, you advise on drafting, negotiating and terminating international contracts, with food sector clients as a distinctive focus.

What you will do

• Advise clients on drafting, negotiating and terminating international contracts
• Litigate contract disputes
• Advise food sector clients on sector specific legislation and proceedings before the NVWA
• Advise on Dutch and European competition law as it relates to commercial contracts

• Clienten adviseren over het opstellen, onderhandelen en beeindigen van internationale contracten
• Procederen over contractgeschillen
• Clienten in de voedingssector adviseren over sectorspecifieke wetgeving en procedures bij de NVWA
• Adviseren over Nederlands en Europees mededingingsrecht in relatie tot commerciele contracten

What we are looking for

• Completed master's degree in Dutch law
• Affinity with contract and obligation law
• Knowledge of food law or competition law is a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• Afgeronde master Nederlands recht
• Affiniteit met verbintenissenrecht en contractenrecht
• Kennis van levensmiddelenrecht of mededingingsrecht is een pre, maar geen vereiste
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
