What you will do
- Work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients around the world on complex problems
- Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gather insights
- Analyse data to assess problems and structure solutions
- Learn the core consulting skills, including how to organise your daily work
What we are looking for
- In your final year of a bachelor's or master's, or a recent graduate
- Initiative, intuition and creativity with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- No specific major required; a diversity of experience and skills is valued
- Fluent English, with Dutch as a welcome addition
