What you will do
- Work on one or two challenging projects with real client impact
- Take ownership of a distinct part of the team's work
- Carry out research, surveys and interviews and analyse data
- Learn the core consulting skills through an apprenticeship model
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
- Initiative, intuition and creativity with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- No specific major required; extracurricular activities and a broad profile are valued
- Fluent English, with Dutch as a welcome addition
