What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Analyse business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations
- Guide clients in implementing growth and performance strategies
- Lead smaller projects and modules while coaching three to five consultants
- Work with industry experts and contribute to the firm's knowledge development
- Bedrijfsvraagstukken analyseren en datagedreven aanbevelingen ontwikkelen
- Klanten begeleiden bij het invoeren van groei- en prestatiestrategieën
- Kleinere projecten en modules leiden terwijl je drie tot vijf consultants coacht
- Samenwerken met sectorexperts en bijdragen aan de kennisontwikkeling van het bureau
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Academic (WO) degree
- More than three years in strategy or management consulting, or strategic or operational roles
- Experience managing others, plus Excel modelling, PowerPoint and storytelling
- Analytical thinking, commercial insight and technical affinity
- Academische (WO) opleiding
- Meer dan drie jaar in strategie- of managementconsulting, of strategische of operationele rollen
- Ervaring in het aansturen van anderen, plus Excel-modellering, PowerPoint en storytelling
- Analytisch denkvermogen, commercieel inzicht en technische affiniteit
