What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on cross-border patent litigation in sectors such as telecoms, electronics, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals
- Advise on IP portfolio management alongside patent disputes
- Support transactional IP matters, including M&A, joint ventures, R&D agreements and licensing
- Contribute to a young, growing patent team within the wider intellectual property practice
- Werken aan grensoverschrijdende octrooiprocedures in sectoren zoals telecom, elektronica, biotechnologie en farmacie
- Adviseren over IE-portfoliobeheer naast octrooigeschillen
- Meewerken aan transactionele IE-dossiers, waaronder M&A, joint ventures, R&D-overeenkomsten en licenties
- Bijdragen aan een jong, groeiend octrooiteam binnen de bredere IE-praktijk
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 3 to 6 years of experience in patent law
- Strong analytical and drafting skills for technically complex disputes
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ambitious, ready to grow with a young team
- 3 tot 6 jaar ervaring in het octrooirecht
- Sterke analytische en schriftelijke vaardigheden voor technisch complexe geschillen
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
