What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions within the corporate notarial practice
- Work on financing transactions for a broad range of clients
- Handle real estate practice matters alongside corporate work
- Advise clients ranging from multinationals and governments to hedge funds and private equity firms
- Adviseren over fusies en overnames binnen de notariele ondernemingsrechtpraktijk
- Financieringstransacties begeleiden voor een breed clientenbestand
- Vastgoeddossiers behandelen naast ondernemingsrechtelijk werk
