Van Benthem & Keulen's ten-lawyer Labour & Pensions team is looking for an associate to advise leading (inter)national employers on the full spectrum of employment law, from reorganisations to platform-work questions.Het tien advocaten tellende team Arbeidsrecht & Pensioenen van Van Benthem & Keulen zoekt een advocaat-medewerker om toonaangevende (inter)nationale werkgevers te adviseren over het volledige spectrum van het arbeidsrecht, van reorganisaties tot vraagstukken rond platformwerk.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise, negotiate and litigate on reorganisations and individual and collective dismissals
- Handle works council and employee representation matters
- Advise on platform work and the deployment of self-employed professionals
- Collaborate with the Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance and Tech & Data teams to serve clients across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and government
- Adviseren, onderhandelen en procederen bij reorganisaties en individueel en collectief ontslag
- Behandelen medezeggenschapskwesties
- Adviseren over platformarbeid en de inzet van zelfstandige professionals
- Samenwerken met de teams Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance en Tech & Data om cliënten te bedienen in sectoren als het bedrijfsleven, de zorg, het onderwijs en de overheid

- A completed law degree with a strong interest in employment law
- Willingness to pursue further specialisation through the VBK Academy
