Van Benthem & Keulen's ten-lawyer Labour & Pensions team, currently home to one trainee and looking for a second, is recruiting a (nearly) graduated candidate to work on reorganisations, dismissal proceedings and platform-work questions from day one.Het tien advocaten tellende team Arbeidsrecht & Pensioenen van Van Benthem & Keulen, dat op dit moment één stagiaire telt en op zoek is naar een tweede, zoekt een (bijna) afgestudeerde kandidaat die vanaf dag één meedraait in reorganisaties, ontslagprocedures en vraagstukken rond platformwerk.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on advice trajectories for leading (inter)national employers from day one
- Draft procedural documents and maintain direct client contact
- Handle reorganisations, individual and collective dismissal advice and litigation, and works council matters
- Advise on questions around platform work and the deployment of self-employed professionals, collaborating with the Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance and Tech & Data teams
- Werken vanaf dag één mee aan adviestrajecten voor toonaangevende (inter)nationale werkgevers
- Stellen processtukken op en onderhouden rechtstreeks cliëntcontact
- Behandelen reorganisaties, advies en procedures bij individueel en collectief ontslag, en medezeggenschapskwesties
- Adviseren over platformwerk en de inzet van zelfstandige professionals, in samenwerking met de teams Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance en Tech & Data
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A (nearly) completed law degree with an interest in employment law
- A social, entrepreneurial and content-driven attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close, multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to develop further through the VBK Academy and specialised employment law training
- Een (bijna) afgeronde rechtenstudie met interesse in het arbeidsrecht
- Een sociale, ondernemende en inhoudsgedreven instelling
- Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in een hecht, multidisciplinair team te werken
