What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Analyse disputes and potential legal risks in commercial and corporate litigation matters
- Conduct legal research on relevant legislation and case law
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence and advice
- Prepare hearings by collecting documents and attend client meetings while thinking through case strategy
- Analyseren geschillen en mogelijke juridische risico's binnen commerciële en ondernemingsrechtelijke procedures
- Verrichten juridisch onderzoek naar relevante wetgeving en jurisprudentie
- Opstellen juridische stukken, waaronder processtukken, correspondentie en adviezen
- Voorbereiden zittingen door het verzamelen van documenten en bijwonen cliëntgesprekken, met aandacht voor strategie
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed university-level Dutch law degree (WO)
- Knowledge of civil procedure law and the law of obligations, corporate law knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including good command of English in speech and writing
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team, starting as a paralegal for up to seven months before progressing to Junior Associate
