What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on (international) transactions and acquisitions
- Handle corporate housekeeping matters, including incorporations, bylaw amendments, mergers and divisions
- Draft documents for share transfers, issuances and board changes
- Work in a combined approach with legal advocacy and notarial services for clients ranging from regional companies to multinationals and private equity firms
- Werken aan (internationale) transacties en overnames
- Behandelen corporate housekeeping, waaronder oprichtingen, statutenwijzigingen, fusies en splitsingen
- Opstellen documenten voor leveringen, uitgiftes en bestuurswissels

What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A recently completed university degree in Notarial Law
- Interest in corporate law and awareness of current legal developments
- A commercially and market-oriented mindset, with a meticulous working style
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English, and a motivated, team-oriented attitude

- Interesse in het ondernemingsrecht en bewustzijn van actuele juridische ontwikkelingen
