Winston Taylor's corporate practice group, serving clients ranging from mid-sized regional companies to multinationals and private equity firms, is looking for a junior notarial candidate who recently completed a Notarial Law degree.
What you will do
- Work on (international) transactions and acquisitions
- Handle corporate housekeeping matters, including incorporations, bylaw amendments, mergers and divisions
- Draft documents for share transfers, issuances and board changes
- Work in a combined approach with legal advocacy and notarial services for clients ranging from regional companies to multinationals and private equity firms
What we are looking for
- A recently completed university degree in Notarial Law
- Interest in corporate law and awareness of current legal developments
- A commercially and market-oriented mindset, with a meticulous working style
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English, and a motivated, team-oriented attitude
