Winston Taylor's Banking & Finance team in Amsterdam, led by two partners, is looking for a student intern for a two-month internship between September and December 2026, working on national and international financing transactions.
What you will do
- Support the team with legal research on national and international financing transactions
- Draft and analyse documentation for banks, financial institutions, investors and businesses
- Attend team meetings and actively think through complex questions
- Assist in guiding transactions for borrowers, sponsors, funds, family offices and both bank and non-bank credit providers
What we are looking for
- A master's degree in progress, preferably in corporate law, financial law or private law
- A strong academic foundation and sharp analytical ability
- Good social awareness and a proactive attitude
- Precision, strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, dynamic environment
