What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Support the team with legal research on national and international financing transactions
- Draft and analyse documentation for banks, financial institutions, investors and businesses
- Attend team meetings and actively think through complex questions
- Assist in guiding transactions for borrowers, sponsors, funds, family offices and both bank and non-bank credit providers
- Ondersteunen het team met juridisch onderzoek bij nationale en internationale financieringstransacties
- Opstellen en analyseren documentatie voor banken, financiële instellingen, investeerders en ondernemingen
- Bijwonen teamoverleg en actief meedenken over complexe vraagstukken
- Assisteren bij het begeleiden van transacties voor geldnemers, sponsors, funds, family offices en zowel bancaire als niet-bancaire kredietverstrekkers
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A master's degree in progress, preferably in corporate law, financial law or private law
- A strong academic foundation and sharp analytical ability
- Good social awareness and a proactive attitude
- Precision, strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, dynamic environment
