Winston Taylor's Restructuring & Insolvency team in Eindhoven, whose members are regularly appointed as curators and receivers by the courts, is looking for a (senior) associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in insolvency practice.Het team Restructuring & Insolvency van Winston Taylor in Eindhoven, waarvan de leden regelmatig door de rechtbank worden benoemd tot curator of bewindvoerder, zoekt een (senior) associate met vier tot zeven jaar ervaring in de insolventiepraktijk.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Handle bankruptcies and payment suspensions, working as court-appointed curator or receiver
- Guide clients through restructurings and WHOA proceedings
- Assist management in insolvency situations and advise on director liability and insolvency-related disputes
- Work independently on complex files, communicating directly with clients, counterparties, banks and other stakeholders
- Afwikkelen faillissementen en surséances van betaling, als door de rechtbank benoemd curator of bewindvoerder
- Begeleiden cliënten bij herstructureringen en WHOA-trajecten
- Assisteren management bij insolventiesituaties en adviseren over bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid en insolventiegeschillen
- Zelfstandig werken aan complexe dossiers, met rechtstreeks contact met cliënten, wederpartijen, banken en andere stakeholders
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 4 to 7 years of experience in insolvency practice, either a mixed background or advisory-only experience is welcome
- A completed university-level Dutch law degree, with a private law or corporate law master's
- Strong analytical capability and the ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Excellent communication skills, including good command of English
- Vier tot zeven jaar ervaring in de insolventiepraktijk, zowel een gemengde achtergrond als uitsluitend advieservaring is welkom
- Een afgeronde WO-opleiding Nederlands recht, met een privaatrechtelijke of ondernemingsrechtelijke master
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en het vermogen zelfstandig te werken
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waaronder goede beheersing van het Engels
