- Structure and establish investment funds for international fund managers
- Advise institutional investors on fund investments and carried interest arrangements
- Guide complex regulatory matters for financial institutions
- Support fund restructurings and M&A transactions within the funds and asset management sector
- Structureer en richt investeringsfondsen op voor internationale fondsmanagers
- Adviseer institutionele beleggers over fondsinvesteringen en carried interest-regelingen
- Begeleid complexe regulatoire vraagstukken voor financiële instellingen
- Ondersteun herstructureringen van fondsen en M&A-transacties binnen de funds- en asset-managementsector

- Experience in a broad funds & asset management practice, spanning venture capital, infrastructure, private equity or private credit
- Attention to detail combined with commercial awareness
