A&O Shearman's Amsterdam Funds & Asset Management practice, which advises international fund managers across venture capital, infrastructure, private equity and private credit, is looking for a (senior) associate to work on fund structuring and institutional investor matters.
What you will do
- Structure and establish investment funds for international fund managers
- Advise institutional investors on fund investments and carried interest arrangements
- Guide complex regulatory matters for financial institutions
- Support fund restructurings and M&A transactions within the funds and asset management sector
What we are looking for
- Experience in a broad funds & asset management practice, spanning venture capital, infrastructure, private equity or private credit
- Attention to detail combined with commercial awareness
- A quality-focused, pragmatic and energetic approach
- Ability to operate effectively within international teams
