What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Execute fiscal analyses and draft notes on tax questions arising from client matters
- Conduct case law and literature research and attend internal and client meetings
- Work on M&A transactions, real estate deals, financing arrangements and tax restructurings
- Assist with tax procedures and communications with the Dutch tax authority
- Voer fiscale analyses uit en stel notities op over fiscale vraagstukken uit cliëntdossiers
- Doe jurisprudentie- en literatuuronderzoek en woon interne en cliëntbesprekingen bij
- Werk mee aan M&A-transacties, vastgoeddeals, financieringen en fiscale herstructureringen
- Assisteer bij fiscale procedures en contact met de Belastingdienst
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Full-time availability as a student intern
- CV and cover letter, plus unaltered grade transcripts from master's and bachelor's
- Interest in international and domestic tax law, including corporate income tax, dividend tax, transfer tax and VAT
- Willingness to learn in a shared office with qualified attorneys and a mentor
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid als studentstagiair

- Interesse in nationaal en internationaal belastingrecht, waaronder vennootschapsbelasting, dividendbelasting, overdrachtsbelasting en btw
