What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Join the notary team from day one and participate in ongoing substantive matters
- Answer legal questions and draft concept advice for clients within Corporate/M&A or Real Estate
- Conduct literature and case law research
- Participate in technical discussions with candidate notaries and your internship buddy
- Draai vanaf dag één mee in het notaristeam en werk mee aan lopende inhoudelijke dossiers
- Beantwoord juridische vragen en stel conceptadviezen op voor cliënten binnen Corporate/M&A of Vastgoed
- Doe literatuur- en jurisprudentieonderzoek
- Neem deel aan inhoudelijke besprekingen met kandidaat-notarissen en je stagebuddy
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- Currently studying Dutch law, in the bachelor's or master's phase, with an interest in notarial practice
- Available for a full-time internship of two months in The Hague
- Interest in either the Corporate/M&A or Real Estate section
- Willingness to travel to the office (reimbursed from 10 km one-way if you have no student travel product)
- Je studeert Nederlands recht, in de bachelor- of masterfase, met interesse in het notariaat
- Beschikbaar voor een fulltime stage van twee maanden in Den Haag
- Interesse in de sectie Corporate/M&A of Vastgoed
- Bereidheid om te reizen naar kantoor (reiskosten vanaf 10 km enkele reis worden vergoed indien je geen ov-studentenkaart hebt)
