What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Prepare and handle notarial deeds relating to real estate transactions
- Advise clients on the legal aspects of property transfers and financing
- Contribute to the further development of Buren's real estate notarial practice
- Work within Buren's international full-service structure, alongside lawyers and tax advisors on shared client matters
- Bereid notariële akten voor op het gebied van vastgoedtransacties en verzorg de passering ervan
- Adviseer cliënten over de juridische aspecten van eigendomsoverdracht en financiering
- Draag bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de notariële vastgoedpraktijk van Buren
- Werk binnen de internationale fullservicestructuur van Buren samen met advocaten en fiscalisten aan gezamenlijke cliëntdossiers
