What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise online platforms and AI companies on the Digital Services Act, the AI Act and the DSM Copyright Directive
- Draft complex procedural documents at the intersection of copyright, media law, privacy and freedom of expression
- Litigate civil and administrative matters relating to media regulation and copyright disputes
- Work closely with the team's three partners, employees and trainee advocates, and with colleagues in privacy and competition law
- Adviseer online platforms en AI-bedrijven over de Digital Services Act, de AI Act en de DSM-richtlijn auteursrecht
- Stel complexe processtukken op op het snijvlak van auteursrecht, mediarecht, privacy en vrijheid van meningsuiting
- Procedeer in civiele en bestuursrechtelijke zaken op het gebied van mediaregulering en auteursrechtgeschillen
- Werk nauw samen met de partners, medewerkers en advocaat-stagiaires van het team, en met collega's op het gebied van privacy en mededingingsrecht
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 4 to 8 years of experience in legal practice with litigation experience, both independent and team-based
- Solid research capabilities and strong writing and analytical skills for complex legal documents
- Active, practical knowledge of AI developments and tools (AI-savvy)
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French or German is an advantage but not required
- 4 tot 8 jaar ervaring in de advocatuur, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband procederend
- Gedegen onderzoeksvaardigheden en sterke schrijf- en analysevaardigheden voor complexe juridische stukken
- Actieve, praktische kennis van AI-ontwikkelingen en AI-tools
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een pré, maar geen vereiste
