What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Monitor employment law developments and translate them into practical insights for lawyers and clients
- Write legal updates and newsletters and contribute to publications and conferences
- Advise the practice's lawyers on specialized legal issues and organize knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain precedent databases, develop templates and contribute to client publications and events
- Ontwikkelingen in het arbeidsrecht volgen en vertalen naar praktische inzichten voor advocaten en cliënten
- Juridische updates en nieuwsbrieven schrijven en bijdragen aan publicaties en congressen
- De advocaten van de praktijkgroep adviseren over specialistische juridische vraagstukken en kennissessies organiseren
- Precedentendatabases onderhouden, templates ontwikkelen en bijdragen aan cliëntpublicaties en events
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- A completed or ongoing PhD in employment law, pensions law, social security law or a related field, or a postdoctoral research or teaching position
- At least 2 years of relevant professional legal experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- An intellectually curious, proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Een afgeronde of lopende promotie in arbeidsrecht, pensioenrecht, socialezekerheidsrecht of een verwant vakgebied, of een postdoctorale onderzoeks- of onderwijsfunctie
- Ten minste 2 jaar relevante juridische werkervaring
- Sterke analytische en schrijfvaardigheden
- Een intellectueel nieuwsgierige, proactieve en zelfstandige instelling
