What you will do
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on employment law questions
- Work directly alongside advocates on individual and collective dismissals and reorganizations
- Assist on works council matters, collective bargaining agreements, equal treatment and strike-related issues
- Participate in jurisprudence lunches and support matters that involve collaboration with the M&A practice
What we are looking for
- Third-year bachelor's or master's student in law or employment law
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Availability for two consecutive months
- A proactive, flexible and independent attitude
