Student stage - Competition & Regulation

De Brauw offers a two-month internship in its Competition & Regulation practice in Amsterdam, advising multinational clients on EU merger control, cartel investigations and civil damages claims.

What you will do

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on competition and regulatory questions
• Work directly alongside advocates on EU merger control approvals
• Assist on cartel investigations, enforcement actions and civil damages claims
• Participate in jurisprudence lunches and other knowledge-sharing activities

• Juridisch onderzoek verrichten en memo's opstellen over mededingings- en reguleringsvraagstukken
• Direct meewerken met advocaten aan Europese concentratiecontrole procedures
• Meewerken aan kartelonderzoeken, handhavingszaken en civiele schadeclaims
• Deelnemen aan jurisprudentielunches en andere kennisactiviteiten

What we are looking for

• Third-year bachelor's or master's student in law, European law or competition law
• Fluent Dutch and English
• A proactive, flexible and independent attitude
• Availability for two months, full-time or part-time

• Derdejaars bachelor- of masterstudent rechten, Europees recht of mededingingsrecht
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
• Een proactieve, flexibele en zelfstandige houding
• Beschikbaarheid voor twee maanden, voltijd of deeltijd
