Senior Advocaat Corporate Litigation

This senior role in Holla's Corporate Litigation team, part of a 13-lawyer corporate law practice group in Eindhoven, focuses on resolving conflicts within and around organisations for substantial Dutch enterprises with international ties.

What you will do

• Handle corporate and commercial disputes, determining effective case strategies
• Manage client relationships and translate legal issues into practical advice
• Build specialised expertise and share knowledge internally and externally
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice development

• Ondernemingsrechtelijke en commerciele geschillen behandelen en effectieve procesactstrategieen bepalen
• Clientrelaties beheren en juridische kwesties vertalen naar praktisch bruikbaar advies
• Specialistische kennis opbouwen en delen, zowel intern als extern
• Junior collega's begeleiden en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de praktijkgroep

What we are looking for

• At least 7 years of experience specifically in corporate litigation
• Excellent written and oral language skills
• Proven expertise in resolving business conflicts
• Leadership capability and motivation to mentor colleagues

• Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring specifiek in corporate litigation
• Uitstekende taalvaardigheid, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
• Aantoonbare expertise in het oplossen van zakelijke conflicten
• Leiderschapskwaliteiten en motivatie om collega's te begeleiden
