This senior role in Holla's Corporate Litigation team, part of a 13-lawyer corporate law practice group in Eindhoven, focuses on resolving conflicts within and around organisations for substantial Dutch enterprises with international ties.
What you will do
- Handle corporate and commercial disputes, determining effective case strategies
- Manage client relationships and translate legal issues into practical advice
- Build specialised expertise and share knowledge internally and externally
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice development
What we are looking for
- At least 7 years of experience specifically in corporate litigation
- Excellent written and oral language skills
- Proven expertise in resolving business conflicts
- Leadership capability and motivation to mentor colleagues
