What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work on complex transactions and dispute resolution matters alongside team members, under partner guidance
- Rotate across practice groups over the three-year traineeship to explore different specialisations
- Support cases for listed companies, financial institutions, private equity firms and governments
- Take part in the Houthoff Trainee Programme's structured training
- Meewerken aan complexe transacties en geschillenbeslechting samen met teamleden, onder begeleiding van een partner
- Rouleren langs verschillende praktijkgroepen tijdens de driejarige stage om specialisaties te verkennen
- Meewerken aan zaken voor beursgenoteerde ondernemingen, financiele instellingen, private equity-partijen en overheden
- Deelnemen aan het gestructureerde Houthoff Trainee Programme

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong teamwork abilities
- Personal development beyond studies, such as community, cultural or academic activities
- Prior experience through student internships or work-study roles in legal practice
- A completed master's degree in law
