What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Work independently and collaboratively on domestic and international restructuring projects
- Handle carve-outs, corporate governance and legal entity rationalisation matters
- Support pre- and post-merger restructuring and operating model effectiveness projects
- Coordinate with EY Tax specialists and other HVG Law professionals to deliver tailored solutions
- Zelfstandig en in samenwerking werken aan nationale en internationale herstructureringsprojecten
- Carve-outs, corporate governance en het rationaliseren van juridische entiteiten behandelen
- Ondersteunen bij pre- en post-merger herstructurering en projecten gericht op operationele effectiviteit
- Afstemmen met EY Tax-specialisten en andere HVG Law-professionals voor oplossingen op maat
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Restructuring
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and verbal
- Strong drafting and project management skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a results-oriented approach
- 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring in Corporate Restructuring
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
- Sterke redactionele vaardigheden en projectmanagementvaardigheden
- Zelfstandig en in teamverband kunnen werken, met een resultaatgerichte instelling
