This associate role in HVG Law's Corporate Restructuring practice, recognised as Tier 1 by The Legal 500 for International Business Reorganization, handles carve-outs, corporate governance and legal entity rationalisation for mid-sized to large multinationals.
What you will do
- Work independently and collaboratively on domestic and international restructuring projects
- Handle carve-outs, corporate governance and legal entity rationalisation matters
- Support pre- and post-merger restructuring and operating model effectiveness projects
- Coordinate with EY Tax specialists and other HVG Law professionals to deliver tailored solutions
What we are looking for
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Restructuring
- Fluent Dutch and English, written and verbal
- Strong drafting and project management skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a results-oriented approach
