This experienced candidate-notary role sits within HVG Law's Amsterdam notarial department, a team of one notary, three affiliated notaries and thirteen candidate-notaries, advising on commercial real estate transactions and project development.
What you will do
- Advise independently on commercial real estate transactions, project development and property financing
- Handle property negotiations, acquisitions and financing arrangements
- Establish usufruct and building rights and manage apartment unit divisions
- Serve larger national SME clients on real estate matters
What we are looking for
- 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge and experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
- Willingness to further specialise in real estate law
- Sharp legal-analytical ability and an independent, customer-focused working style
