This experienced candidate-notary role sits within HVG Law's Amsterdam notarial department, a team of one notary, three affiliated notaries and thirteen candidate-notaries, advising on commercial real estate transactions and project development.Deze functie als ervaren kandidaat-notaris valt binnen de notariele afdeling van HVG Law in Amsterdam, een team van een notaris, drie geassocieerd notarissen en dertien kandidaat-notarissen, en betreft advisering over commerciele vastgoedtransacties en projectontwikkeling.
What you will doWat je gaat doen
- Advise independently on commercial real estate transactions, project development and property financing
- Handle property negotiations, acquisitions and financing arrangements
- Establish usufruct and building rights and manage apartment unit divisions
- Serve larger national SME clients on real estate matters
- Zelfstandig adviseren over commerciele vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling en vastgoedfinanciering
- Vastgoedonderhandelingen, acquisities en financieringsconstructies behandelen
- Recht van opstal en vruchtgebruik vestigen en splitsingen in appartementsrechten begeleiden
- Grotere nationale mkb-clienten bedienen op het gebied van vastgoed
What we are looking forWat we vragen
- 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge and experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
- Willingness to further specialise in real estate law
- Sharp legal-analytical ability and an independent, customer-focused working style
- 2 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Gedegen kennis van en ervaring met residentieel en/of commercieel vastgoed
- Bereidheid om je verder te specialiseren in het vastgoedrecht
- Scherp juridisch-analytisch vermogen en een zelfstandige, klantgerichte werkstijl
