What you will do
- Advise on fiscal consequences of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
- Work on international tax matters, VAT and payroll taxation questions
- Collaborate closely with partners, advocates and notaries on integrated case handling
- Take part in the Houthoff Trainee Programme's structured training
What we are looking for
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong teamwork abilities
- Personal development beyond academics, such as community, cultural or study-related activities
- Prior experience through internships or student employment in legal or tax practice
- A completed master's degree in tax law or tax economics
